ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT POLICY
Enrollment: All registration is to be submitted through your Parent Studio-Pro Portal.
Tuition: Payments are to be made in Full or Installments and paid ONLY through your child’s dance account (i.e. Parent Portal).
Cancellations / Refunds/ Make-Ups: A 100% refund will be issued for registrations canceled before the first day of class. A 50% refund will be issued for registrations canceled within the first two weeks after classes begin. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather, emergencies, or cancellations made by STLDC. However, STLDC will make every effort to schedule a make-up class. If a make-up class is not offered, a refund for the canceled class will be provided.
Late/Non-Payments:Dancers will not be permitted to continue their dance class if there is an outstanding balance on their dance account. Parents will receive prior notification before a child is withdrawn from class due to non-payment.
DANCER POLICY
Students are to come to class with a positive attitude and ready to learn and dance!
Students must arrive on time with proper attire, dance shoes, and hair secured. No jewelry may be worn.
No gum, food, or drinks are allowed in class. A water bottle is permitted.
Students must label all belongings clearly with their full name.
Students are to enter class quietly and keep talking to a minimum.
Students are to be respectful to their instructor and peers.
Students must keep their hands and feet to themselves, unless used in choreography.
Students are expected to help keep the dance area and bathrooms clean.
Any student who repeatedly disrupts the class will be dismissed from the program.
PARENT POLICY
Dismissal: Parents or Guardians are to arrive ON-TIME in-front or on the side of the school building to pick-up your child from dance class.
Late Pick-Up & Fees: Please call or text your child’s dance instructor if you will be running late. Please mention Child’s Name, School, and Grade. There is a late pick-up fee of $1 per minute added to your child’s tuition account (no grace period).
Medical Information: It is essential that we have all necessary medical information about your child. STLDC staff and volunteers are not permitted to administer any medication. All medications should be taken at home or before class. If your child needs to bring a prescription drug or medical device (e.g., inhaler, EpiPen) for preventive or emergency use (such as asthma, allergies, seizures, or heart conditions), please inform us in advance. These items must be self-carried by the participant.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for any facility damages caused by the student.
Parent & Team Member Communication: All communication is to be conducted in a respectful manner and are to be handled BEFORE or AFTER class.
